This particular camera is one of Sony’s most basic models, however for the price it is OK. It holds pretty steady when you are capturing any image, and it is quite small so can fit into your pocket. The only thing with this though is the fact that it just takes normal batteries. You can use rechargeable batteries though so you could save money by using a battery charger, otherwise you would just have to keep buying batteries and they run out quite fast with this camera. I would say it is quite simple to use, if you want to use this camera as part of a digital camera and printer set. However you will find that the pictures won’t come out crystal clear, but will look decent enough for the family album.
This digital camera is probably best for someone who just wants to take basic pictures. I would not recommend it for someone who wishes to take professional photos. You can however use it with any Sony digital camera printer and this will save you money when it comes to printing costs. If you are looking for something to use for professional use or to take really detailed pictures to print out I would not recommend this particular camera. I would recommend one of the more expensive ones in the Sony digital camera and printer ranges.
I decided to test this digital camera out and I took it with me to the beach to see how well it took pictures of moving objects and people. I found that it worked OK in general. The only thing that did happen sometimes was that the pictures came out a bit blurry. When I tried to take a picture of someone running, or of a moving vehicle. Although after several tries the picture came out pretty decent, the colours were vibrant and people’s faces came out clear and bright. Overall I was happy with the results. I did print the pictures out myself using another digital camera printer, not a Sony one, and some came out unclear but most of them looked quite nice. I think next time I buy a camera I am going to get a digital camera and printer together as part of a set and I will probably choose something a bit more expensive.
This Sony digital camera can be purchased from any electrical retail store you can also get it from any digital camera and printer shop. However the cheapest place to buy it will probably be online. You can also secure used items from Amazon.com for around $90.
